Last Week I had the opportunity to attend a seminar that showed you how to really step it up, especially in a down market. There were lots of real estate agents and brokers there, but there were also a lot of people in sales, mortgages, etc. Myself being an Internet Marketer, I really didn’t think I needed to go… boy was I wrong! I learned a lot at this seminar, but will give you just one thought in this post.
I work quite a few hours, although it is not really “work” because I really enjoy what I do! “I work for a loving, not a living”: I put in a lot of hours and normally just start my day “whenever I get up”. Over the weekend I set a schedule and now start my days at 6 a.m.
I am very suprised how much I have been able to accomplish in the last 2 hours. With my schedule I make time for the important things that keep me in balance… you know.. the important things like spirituality and exercise! With me starting my day off right my mind is much clearer, and I am 10x more focussed.
I want to give you something to think about… what if you woke up 1 hour earlier, and you fit in the “important things”, this might give you time to:
-spend more time with your family
-get some exercise (maybe loose some weight)
-give extra time to get more done in your day
-work on relationships
-spend time on a hobby you don’t have “time for”
Imagine 1 hour a day x a whole year = 365 extra hours a year! What can you do with that?! I know that this extra hour in my day is really going to help me be more balanced and is really going to empower me to take my business to the next level!

Good Question! I have had this question or similar questions
asked several times lately, so I am going to answer it.
One of my mentors taught me:
It’s Easier To Get Four (4) People Out of 1,000 To Buy

This was the huge ah..hah! in my business. You see I was
promoting a network marketing program that was paying me
only $27 per sale fast start, and a few bucks residual.
One of my friends was making WAY more money than me..And
I knew I was a better marketer! When I read that from one
of my mentors Joe, I re-read that paragraph and SMACKED my
forehead and said “DUH Tim, what are you thinking!”.
I realized that by the time I was spending money on
advertising to make a dinky $27, I was hardly making any
money at all!
So if its the SAME amount of work to promote a cheap item
as it is to promote something that will pay me 10x or 100x
more, what would you choose?
Get paid $20, $200, or $2,000? Which one would you pick?
So what happens if I make 1 sale a week @ $2k = $8,000, that
is nearly a six-figure income from that alone!
Well with some of those profits, what if I made 2 sales a week?
$16k/mo. x 12 months = $192,000
You get the picture? This is why my friend was smoking my
income at first! A little simple math and its amazing how
it adds up.
I decided to look for a high-ticket item; one that would be
easy to promote, would help people, and one that had tremendous
value. There are a lot of good programs out there, but I
decided to promote on that pays $2k/sale, and that teaches
people how to market online, and offers a lot of tools:

Jamba Juice & being sick made me greatful!
So its about 10 A.M. and I have been sick the last 24 hrs, you know the same old average cold with a sore throat from who knows where. I woke up this morning actually feeling worse than last night. I wanted something cold and soothing for my throat, so I got their “coldbuster”, which is basically a mango/orange/lots of goodness fruit smoothie with boosters of vitamins and yada yada yada. Well it is soothing for my throat as I sit here and type this, but thats not the point I want to make.
I was there sitting for a while waiting for this one guy to make the juices, I’m thinking to myself this guy is working by himself, this is taking forever! So I’m sitting there… “Give me something cold for my throat already”.
Then the door from the back swings open and this girl comes marching out with an attitude (of course nose piercings, dread locks, the whole 9 yards), she goes marching up starts blending some of the drinks, speed walks over to the sink with this obviously new girl following her around like a puppy. You can totally tell that she is being trained. She tells her how to wash the blenders etc., she is completely abrasive with this new girl that just started, I felt bad for the new girl.
So regardless that I am sick, I don’t have it that bad because I could sleep in, not have to call in sick to anyone, not get bossed around by a scary girl, come back and enjoy my drink while writing this and go back to sleep. 
That is really not that bad of a deal at all. I love being self employed and “working” a.k.a. playing on the internet and getting paid for it! I am extremely glad today that I put myself out there and went out of my comfort zone to learn a new skill set in order to not only have financial freedom, but just as importantly time freedom. Thanks to all the great people that I work with online, you know who you are, you are greatly appreciated here. Remember when you think you have it bad and times are hard, that it could always be worse, and that you really don’t have it that bad!

Youtube Video For Traffic & Leads
I was talking with Laurel Nicolosi about her Energy Company. She has put a video up on Youtube, and has had over 200 views on her video, but she has no way of contacting, and is not sure of who has been to her site. I make a few suggestions about putting a link on the first line of her youtube video description. Also talk about the youtube description and what tags to use. So since I would recommend her putting the link to a capture page, maybe I should put up a video on capture pages… keep your eyes open for a new post, or video on that soon.
